This digital social media campaign drove awareness of the resources and community content that JewishBoston.com offered during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time new to social distancing and isolation.


To keep JewishBoston.com’s existing audience engaged and expand to new site visitors during the pandemic, Amanda directed the creative team in conceptualizing and executing a strategic quarantine-themed social media awareness campaign that connected audience segments with targeted, relevant content on JewishBoston.com.


Campaign goals:

  • To grow awareness of the multi-generational content offered by JewishBoston.com.

  • To boost JewishBoston.com’s social media channel engagement.

  • To keep JewishBoston.com’s current audience engaged and increase new site visitors.

Creative Direction:

The creative for this scroll-stopping campaign uses bright colors, wildly playful illustrations, and authentic, relatable language to connect audience segments with high-performing, relevant content. Baking bread during quarantine? Challahlujah! Losing your sh*t stuck at home? We've got you covered.

The eye-catching post designs and buzz-worthy caption copy resulted in over 8,500 social media hits and increased JewishBoston.com's new visitors by 26%.

Deliverables
